Laser Therapy

Laser technology utilizes low intensity laser light to irradiate abnormal tissue with photons. These are particles of light energy that are absorbed by a variety of micro-molecules within the cell, a process which initiates a number of positive physiological responses. In essence, light energy is converted into biochemical energy resulting in the acceleration of tissue repair.
Our laser unit uses three different types of light.
- Red light affects nearer the
surface.
- Infrared light is deeper.
- Laser probe penetrates the deepest.
